Food safety, technical excellence and quality are integral aspects of our manufacturing process at Dawn Pork & Bacon. Our food safety and quality management systems are carefully developed in line with legislative requirements, industry best practices and customer specifications.
Our manufacturing facility uses the most up to date technology including a computerised traceability and stock control system from intake to dispatch.
The company operates a HACCP system, is a member of An Bord Bia (Irelands Food Board) meat products quality assurance scheme and are accredited to the BRC global standard for food safety.
